MicroLogix 1000 Control System

Bulletin 1761 MicroLogix™ 1000 Controllers are the most compact of the MicroLogix family. This controller fits a wide variety of applications up to 32 I/O points, while using a fraction of the space of a full-size controller. It contains embedded analog I/O, providing compact and cost-effective analog performance.



• Available in 10-point, 16-point or 32-point digital I/O versions
• Analog versions available with 20 digital I/O points, 4 analog inputs (two voltage and two current) and 1 analog output (configurable for either voltage or current)
• Provides a compact form factor, with footprints as small as 120 mm x 80 mm x 40 mm (4.72 in. x 3.15 in. x 1.57 in.)
• Offers fast processing with typical throughput time of 1.5 ms for a 500-instruction program
• Preconfigured 1 KB program and data memory to ease configuration
• Includes built-in EEPROM memory; no need for battery back-up or separate memory module
• Provides peer-to-peer messaging (up to 32 controllers on a DH-485 network) through a 1761-NET-AIC communication interface
• Communicates via DeviceNet™ and EtherNet/IP™ through 1761-NET-DNI and 1761-NET-ENI communication interfaces

• Lets you customize input response time and noise rejection using adjustable DC input filters

MicroLogix 1100 Control System

Bulletin 1763 MicroLogix™ 1100 Controllers add embedded EtherNet/IP™, on-line editing and an LCD to the MicroLogix family. The built-in LCD shows controller status, I/O status and simple operator messages. With 2 analog inputs, 10 digital inputs and 6 digital outputs, the MicroLogix 1100 controller can handle a wide variety of tasks.



• Includes built-in 10/100 MBps EtherNet/IP™ port for peer-to-peer messaging
• Provides 8 KB memory (4 KB user program with 4 KB user data)
• Lets you access, monitor and program from any Ethernet connection

MicroLogix 1200 Control System

Bulletin 1762 MicroLogix™ 1200 Controllers are small enough to fit in tight spaces and powerful enough to accommodate a broad range of applications. Our controller is available in 24-point and 40-point versions. You can expand the I/O count using rackless I/O modules. You can build larger control systems, achieve greater application flexibility, and expand your system at a lower cost and with reduced parts inventory. A field-upgradeable flash operating system keeps you be up-to-date with the latest features.



• Contains isolated RS-232/RS-485 combo port for serial and networked communication
• Provides four latching or pulse-catch inputs and four interrupt inputs

MicroLogix 1400 Control System

Bulletin 1766 MicroLogix™ 1400 Controllers build upon critical MicroLogix 1100 features: EtherNet/IP™, on-line editing and a built-in LCD. These controllers feature a higher I/O count, faster high-speed counter, pulse train output, enhanced network capabilities and backlight on the LCD. Controllers without embedded analog I/O points provide 32 digital I/O points, while analog versions offer 32 digital I/O points and 6 analog I/O points. You can expand all versions with up to seven 1762 expansion I/O modules.



• Ethernet port provides Web server capability, email capability and protocol support for DNP3 protocol support
• Built-in LCD with backlight lets you view controller and I/O status
• Built-in LCD provides simple interface for messages, bit/integer monitoring and manipulation
• Expands application capabilities through support for as many as seven 1762 MicroLogix Expansion I/O modules with 256 discrete I/O

MicroLogix 1500 Control System

Bulletin 1764 MicroLogix™ 1500 Controllers are the most expandable members of the MicroLogix family. Building upon the critical features of the MicroLogix 1200 controllers, this controller fits many applications that traditionally called for larger, more expensive controllers. With a processor, base unit with power supply and embedded I/O, this controller packs the best features of a modular system into a low-cost, small footprint.



• 7 KB memory (3.65 KB user program with 4 KB user data) on the 1764-LSP
• 14 KB memory (10 KB user program with 4 KB user data) on the 1764-LRP
• Two-piece design with small footprint; processor and base unit slide together to form complete controller
• Processor and base unit are independently replaceable
• Base unit includes power supply and is available with three different configurations of embedded I/O
• Optional Data Access Tool (1764-DAT) lets you change integer and bit values within the controller
• Includes eight high-speed inputs that you can use individually as latching inputs, event interrupts or combined as two high-speed counters (only on controllers with 24V DC inputs)
• Includes two high-speed outputs that you can configure as pulse train output or as pulse width modulated outputs (only on controllers with embedded 24V DC outputs)
• Compatible with 1769 Compact I/O modules (up to 16 modules using an additional bank of expansion I/O and an expansion power supply)
